Job summary
We are looking for a compassionate, enthusiastic and caring Healthcare Assistant, who is reliable and flexible to join our Yeovil District Nursing team.

Main duties, tasks & skills required
You will support and assist Registered Community Nurses as a member of the nursing team and under supervision perform a broad range of activities and assigned tasks as required by the patients individualised care plans.
