Compliance Administrator / Consultant – Health & Social Care Recruitment
Location: Leeds (Office-based)
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 basic + bonus
Hours: Full-time + participation in out-of-hours on-call rota (week on / week off)
Lilac Alliance is a growing specialist staffing provider supplying temporary Support Workers into the Health & Social Care sector. We work with vulnerable children, adults with learning disabilities, elderly clients, and those requiring mental health support—and we’re now looking for an experienced Compliance Administrator / Consultant to join our expanding Leeds-based team.

The Role
This is a dual-focused position combining candidate compliance and day-to-day operations / bookings, ensuring our workers are fully vetted and placed into shifts smoothly.
Your responsibilities will include:
Candidate Attraction & Screening
* Advertising vacancies across job boards and social platforms
* Reviewing applications and carrying out initial candidate screening
* Registering suitable applicants and guiding them through onboarding
Compliance & Vetting
* Requesting and chasing references
* Processing DBS checks
* Ensuring all documentation meets regulatory and company standards
* Maintaining accurate compliance records
Bookings & Workforce Management
* Allocating Support Workers into shifts
* Managing movement of staff between clients
* Liaising with workers and clients to ensure cover is maintained
* Carrying out supervisions and welfare checks
Out-of-Hours Cover
* Participating in the on-call rota (currently week on / week off) to support urgent client and staffing needs
About You
We’re looking for someone organised, confident, and resilient, who thrives in a fast-paced temporary recruitment environment.
Ideally you will have:
* Experience in temporary recruitment or Health & Social Care
* Strong compliance knowledge (DBS, references, right-to-work, etc.)
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to juggle priorities and stay calm under pressure
* A proactive, solutions-focused attitude
* Willingness to take part in the out-of-hours rota
