Head of Procurement - Corporate Services role at Sky. We’re looking for a senior procurement leader to shape and execute the strategic sourcing direction across Corporate Services within the Comcast Enterprise Procurement function, operating across Sky Group, Comcast and NBCU.

What you’ll do
* Create and lead strategic sourcing direction within the Comcast Enterprise Procurement function, operating across Sky Group, Comcast and NBCU.
* Manage the procurement team for Group Corporate Services and interact with business units at a group level across Sky Group, engaging with stakeholders in Comcast & NBCU.
* Oversee Corporate Services procurement, including Property & Facilities Management Services, Energy, HR Services, Group Insurance arrangements, and HR Rewards & Benefits (combined spend $230m).
* Lead a lean, cross-market team based in London, Milan and Munich, partnering with business stakeholders to deliver efficient, scalable solutions that support growth, mitigate risk, and drive innovation through strategic supplier collaboration.
* Ensure all source-to-contract activities are executed effectively.
Responsibilities / Key initiatives
* Strategy: Create and lead strategic sourcing direction and bring leading-edge procurement practices to help HR and Property teams deliver transformational objectives.
* Key Initiatives: Ensure all source-to-contract activities across Corporate Services are executed effectively; target delivery of $7m+ P&L savings per fiscal year.
* Supplier Relationship Management: Drive SRM for core strategic vendors, strengthening partnerships to drive innovation, manage risk, and optimize performance.
* Risk Management: Develop and execute a robust governance framework for core strategic vendors to proactively identify and manage supplier, contractual, operational, and sustainability risks across Corporate Services.
* Business Partnering: Relationship management with business leaders in HR and Property Services across Sky Group; establish trusted partnerships with measurable procurement impact.
* Energy Innovation & Transformation: Support Sky-wide programmes with energy impact; implement new energy sources, fuels, systems and processes.
* Net Zero agenda: Partner with Supply Chain Sustainability team and stakeholders in Sky and Comcast to support Sky’s Net Zero commitment.
* People & Spaces Strategy: Support Sky’s programmes to build inclusive, future-ready workplaces and culture where people can thrive.
* Team management: Manage 4 FTEs across UK and ITA, supporting development and growth, and accountability to measure overall procurement objectives for the team.
* Group Synergy: Build category and vendor strategies that drive synergies across Sky Group and across Comcast and NBCU.
What you’ll bring
* Proven Procurement experience in HR and/or Facilities and/or Energy categories.
* Experience in a global / pan-European function, managing varying demands within a single project.
* Proven experience in supplier relationship management and procurement risk management.
* Open to cross-category and cross-company collaboration within an enterprise-wide function.
* Highly motivated professional with a proactive approach.
* Strong relationship-building, negotiating, commercial, organizational, presentation, prioritisation and project management skills.
* Creative thinking and initiative in finding new sourcing approaches to balance operational and commercial pressures.
* Ability to structure decision-making processes and ensure all options are understood in relation to business requirements.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and expectations.
* Positive, self-motivated attitude with the ability to influence others.
