Description:
This highly renowned Global Consultancy urgently seeks a Finance Administrator who will be coordinating all aspects of business administration to do with project data and client invoices.
The various tasks include:-
* Programme and maintain project budgets
* Coordinate purchase order process
* Lead end to end project invoice process
* Qualify project data for financial reporting, project management & invoicing
* Liaise with finance teams and credit control
* Qualify client documentation in relation to invoicing
Knowledge and experience:-
* Prior admin experience in a similar environment
* Must be used to raising invoices and collating supporting backing documentation from multiple sources.
* Knowledge of Relativity or similar e-discovery software platform
Qualifications
* Educated to degree level
* Strong IT skills including MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel, Visio and SharePoint
* Good organisational and prioritising skills
