Job Purpose:
To provide high-quality care and education for children, ensuring a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities to support childrens learning and development.
* Ensure the safety, security, and well-being of all children at all times.
* Observe, assess, and record childrens progress.
* Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating environment.
* Follow safeguarding, health & safety, and company policies.
Requirements:
* Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years Childcare (or working towards).
* Knowledge of the EYFS framework.
* Good communication and teamwork skills.
* Passion for working with young children.
