The role? Due to retirement, we have a unique opportunity for a passionate Sales Administrator to join the Chapel Farm team to assist in delivering the highest standards of customer service, helping to contribute to the growth and reputation of Chapel Farm Dog Food. Working closely with the Chapel Farm Manager, you will provide comprehensive administrative, sales and stock management support, respond to enquiries, liaise with food mill contacts and support marketing and promotional events.

Our Queensberry Estate is home to Chapel Farm, the Buccleuch dog breeding and training enterprise, renowned for the quality of its historical Buccleuch Labrador and Spaniel lines. We are proud to have developed Chapel Farm Dog Food, a premium brand sold throughout the UK.
The person? You will be a hardworking administrator with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service and a solution-focused approach to challenges. Candidates should have strong IT and organisational skills, and a willingness to learn and develop further knowledge of our business. Experience in updating social media platforms and adding content to websites would be an advantage.
