Why be a Skin Specialist at THG Beauty?
The Skin Specialist is an integral part of the team providing world class customer service to every single customer and specialising in skincare and skin treatments. Keeping exceptional customer experience at the forefront of everything, the Skincare Specialist will tailor each consultation to their customers specific needs and queries, providing a professional service each time
As Skin Specialist, you’ll:
1. Provide world class level of customer service and product knowledge to all customers at all times.
2. Perform high quality skincare treatments that are a perfect fit for your customers’ requirements whilst delivering a professional level of customer service. You will recommend an ongoing skincare routine for your customers to use at home with relevant skincare products from the store.
3. Ensure all products and services recommended to you customers are fitting to their needs and mindful of their relevant medical background
Sales
4. Proactively build customer relationships to fully book the treatment room.
5. Drive sales through the seamless customer journey and experience and deliver personal targets and KPI goals.
6. Drive service, sales, loyalty and appointments with customers.
7. Support in training the store team on skincare products.
Operational Excellence
8. Always be a positive, professional and dynamic team member.
9. Ensure medical grade hygiene treatment room standards
10. Assist in the update and maintain VM of all brands
What skills and experience do I need for this role?
11. Must be either a qualified Nurse Prescriber or have an NVQ level 4 in aesthetics
12. Level 4 in Beauty Therapy
13. Additional skincare/aesthetic qualifications are desirable but not essential
14. Beauty retail experience preferred but not essential
15. Strong communication skills
16. Full availability across weekends and bank holidays is imperative
