Salary: Actual Salary £12,682.29 - £15,923.91 (Spine points 24-31) / Salary range £31,283 - £39,279 per annum
Contract: Permanent, Part Time
Teaching commitments: 350 teaching hours per annum

Role and responsibilities
A Beauty Therapy Lecturer role primarily involves delivering engaging and high-quality practical and theoretical sessions to students in Beauty Therapy from Level 1 to Level 3. You will support student progress, maintain accurate records, prepare learning materials and mark units you have been teaching/assessing. You will contribute to course delivery and reviews, provide a safe and inclusive learning environment, engage in professional development, and be involved in course management and curriculum development. Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality practical and theoretical Beauty Therapy sessions from Level 1 to Level 3.
* Support student progress, maintain records, prepare learning materials, and mark units you teach/assess.
* Contribute to course delivery and reviews and support curriculum development.
* Provide a safe and inclusive learning environment and engage in professional development.
* Assist in course management and governance as required.
Requirements
* Subject-relevant qualification at Level 3, along with Maths and English at Level 2.
* Experience in planning, reviewing, assessing and teaching learners in an FE or workplace setting.
* Existing teaching qualification is advantageous; support available to achieve this for the right candidate.
