Are you a caring and motivated physiotherapist looking to make a real difference? We're looking for a Physiotherapist to join our team and support surgical patients to improve movement, reduce pain and regain independence.
This is a varied and rewarding role where you will manage your own caseload and work closely with colleagues across the centre. You'll assess patients, agree treatment plans and support them through their recovery journey in a safe and supportive environment.
You'll have the opportunity to develop your skills, take part in training and contribute to improving the service we provide. The role may include flexible working patterns, including weekends or bank holidays.
Main duties of the job
* Assessing patients and creating personalised treatment plans
* Supporting recovery through hands‑on therapy, exercise and advice
* Monitoring progress and adapting treatment where needed
* Helping patients understand their condition and treatment
* Maintaining clear and accurate patient records
* Working safely and taking responsibility for your clinical decisions
* Communicating effectively with patients, carers and colleagues
* Managing your own workload and prioritising patient needs
* Following infection control and health & safety guidance at all times
* Contributing to service improvements, audits and team learning

Essential qualifications
* Degree or diploma in physiotherapy
* Registered with the HCPC
* Evidence of ongoing learning and development
* Good communication and problem‑solving skills
Desirable qualifications
* Experience across a range of conditions, including musculoskeletal or orthopaedic
* Membership of a professional body such as the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy
* Awareness of audit and service improvement
