Senior National Account Manager – Top 4 Grocery
Hybrid – 1 day per week in London
Up to £90,000 + car allowance + 20% bonus + benefits
We’re working with a growing portfolio of leading challenger brands in the multiple categories, recently brought together under a well-known global food group. As part of this exciting evolution, we’re now looking for a commercially sharp Senior National Account Manager to take ownership of key Top 4 Grocery relationships – with a particular focus on Tesco.
This is a high-profile, senior role that will report directly into the UK Managing Director, managing a portfolio that includes household names across snacking, and natural lifestyle brands.
The role blends entrepreneurial thinking and commercial ownership with the scale and backing of a global organisation. It’s an opportunity to help shape the future of these brands in the UK market – combining agility, innovation, and customer collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
* Full P&L responsibility for Top 4 Grocery customers, with a focus on Tesco
* Build and lead joint business plans aligned with brand strategy and customer goals
* Own forecasting, promotional planning, pricing, and commercial performance
* Develop strong relationships with buyers and cross-functional teams at retail
* Work closely with internal stakeholders across supply chain, finance, marketing, and insights
* Contribute to channel strategy across a fast-paced, evolving multi-brand portfolio
* Lead business planning and play a key role in influencing UK commercial direction
What we’re looking for:
* Strong SNAM or advanced NAM experience in FMCG with Top 4 Grocery customers
* Full P&L ownership and confident leading JBPs, negotiations, and forecasting cycles
* Strategic mindset with ability to manage multiple brands or categories
* Commercially curious and comfortable in a challenger-brand environment
* Able to balance pace, precision and long-term thinking
* Comfortable working closely with senior leadership, including direct line into MD
* A passion for health-led, mission-driven brands is a plus
