Responsibilities * Provide comprehensive administrative support, including data entry and clerical tasks. * Manage schedules, appointments, and correspondence using office software. * Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring all information is up-to-date and easily accessible. * Ability to prioritise workloads & manage Time Efficiently * Handle phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. * Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and effective communication. * Ability to work well under pressure Experience * Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred. * Computer literate * Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy in data entry tasks. * Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. * Demonstrated ability to work independently while managing time efficiently.
