About The Role
We're seeking a proactive and safety-focused
Training, Compliance & Safety Officer
to join our Agriculture team at the Quainton Hatchery. In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring site compliance with health & safety and training standards, supporting audits, developing procedures, and conducting risk assessments.
You'll also be involved in onboarding new staff, delivering toolbox talks, and monitoring ongoing training needs.

Key Responsibilities
* Maintain and review risk assessments and procedures
* Lead site inspections and compliance reporting
* Support incident investigations and audits
* Manage hygiene and training standards
* Deliver training and competency reviews
* Liaise with other safety officers to share best practices
What You'll Need
* IOSH qualification (required)
* NEBOSH qualification (preferred)
* Experience delivering training (required)
* Internal auditing experience and knowledge of safety regulations (desirable)
* Experience in agriculture or similar environments (a plus)
