We are looking for a Cover Supervisor who can confidently lead classes in the absence of the teacher, delivering pre-set work and maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom environment. You’ll be supported by experienced teaching assistants and a strong pastoral team who work collaboratively to ensure that every student feels valued, supported and understood. The ideal Cover Supervisor will: Have experience working within an SEN or alternative provision setting (essential) Be confident in leading a class and maintaining structure and engagement Have strong behaviour management and emotional regulation strategies Be adaptable, patient and committed to making a difference Hold a minimum of 6 months’ experience in a UK school (preferred) In return, you can expect: A dedicated consultant available 24/7 to support you Competitive rates of pay, paid weekly through PAYE Free CPD and safeguarding training Opportunities for long-term and permanent positions All applicants will be contacted to discuss suitability and then invited to register with TeacherActive.
