In-House Mortgage Adviser (CeMAP Qualified or Studying)
Location: Bromley
Contract: Permanent
Package: Uncapped commission
Our client, a well-established estate agency with a strong local presence, is looking to appoint an In-House Mortgage Adviser.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a CeMAP-qualified adviser or someone actively studying towards CeMAP who wants consistent, high-quality leads and the support of an in-house environment.
The Role
1. Managing a busy pipeline of inbound, pre-qualified mortgage enquiries
2. Advising clients from first conversation through to mortgage completion
3. Handling a varied caseload, including:
4. Residential mortgages
5. Buy-to-let (including limited company BTL)
6. HMOs
7. Holiday and short-term lets
8. Bridging and commercial finance (training provided where required
9. Maintaining compliant and accurate case files throughout the process
10. Using CRM systems to track progress, pipeline and performance
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:
11. Hands-on involvement in the admin side of cases, including fact finds, document collection and progress chasing, while working alongside support staff where available
12. Day-to-day use of CRM and mortgage sourcing systems
13. Experience working to clear performance targets (revenue, completions, conversion or protection)
14. A positive, professional approach to changing priorities, responding constructively to direction from management when targets shift or volumes increase
