Company Overview

Ace Adhesives Limited manufactures and supplies water-based glues to industry. We have experienced rapid growth in recent years and are now investing significantly in improving our site and employee facilities. Role Overview

As part of a small and dedicated office team, the Administrative Assistant plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth financial operation of the company. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and be confident in managing key financial tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

* Processing sales invoices and purchase invoices
* Creating delivery notes and receipting goods into stock
* Managing the monthly payment run
* Ensuring accurate data entry and financial record-keeping
* Assisting the Office Manager with general admin

Essential Skills & Experience:

* Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (preferred)
* Experience with computerised accounting systems
* Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
* High levels of accuracy, organisation, and attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
