Your role: Administrative and operational tasks. Dealing with incoming and outgoing email correspondence. Data entry, retrieval, and database maintenance. Liaising with other departments and Clients. Filing and archiving. Creating and managing documents and spreadsheets. Stock check/Inventory system. Supporting and ensuring warehouse operations are functioning smoothly. Perform any other reasonable duties as required. Adhere to all company procedures. Ensuring health, safety, and security compliance always. Reporting to the Warehouse Operations Manager. The person: Proficient in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Outlook & Access). Excellent analytical and numerical skills, with a good eye for detail.
