Duties
* Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential properties
* Conduct market research to provide clients with accurate property valuations
* Develop and maintain a network of contacts within the real estate industry
* Prepare and present property listings using various marketing strategies
* Organise property viewings and open houses, ensuring properties are presented in the best light
* Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients while ensuring compliance with legal requirements
* Provide ongoing support to clients throughout the transaction process, addressing any queries or concerns
* Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions for future reference
Experience
* Previous experience in real estate or a related field is advantageous but not essential
* Strong administrative experience with proficiency in managing paperwork and documentation
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele
* Multilingual abilities are highly desirable, enhancing communication with a broader range of clients
* Exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple listings and client needs simultaneously
