* Sourcing candidates
* Making contact with new and interested candidates
* Pre-Screening Applicants
* Management and completion of candidate administration
* Ensure that applicants are registered and selected in accordance with Company procedure and the hiring client's requirements
* Providing an excellent customer service experience for all contacting Bright Selection
* Answering inbound and making outbound telephone and teams calls
* Client mapping and research
* Liaising and working with consultants on research for new assignments
* Support on social media campaigns and company events
Skills & Experience Needed:
* Strong communication skills, liaising with workforce & management
* Excellent organisational & time management skills
* Good attention to detail
* Previous relevant experience or previous admin experience
* Flexibility in hours to support business requirements and attend meetings / training if required
* Experience in working with AI
