Morgan McKinley is looking for an experienced Administrator who can provide admin support to the team but also cover the Reception desk. This is a lovely varied admin, receptionist support job opportunity based in the Bexhill, East Sussex area.
Location: Office based - Bexhill
Hours: 8.30am-5pm
Admin and Reception duties:
Answering and diverting calls
Meeting and greeting visitors
Typing of emails and other correspondence
Setting up meetings and organising the meeting rooms
Monitoring the inbox and responding to emails
Scanning and distributing post
Skills & Experience:
Experience of working in a similar Administration - Receptionist type role
Good IT skills and be organised
Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
