HR Project Administrator (3-Month Fixed-Term Contract) Salary: £28,000 per annum (pro rata) Contract: Fixed-Term Contract (3 Months) Location: Near Tadley, Berkshire (Hybrid working available - subject to business requirements) The Opportunity We are looking for a highly organised and detail-focused HR Project Administrator to join our HR team on a 3-month fixed-term contract. This role will support the delivery of key HR projects, with an initial focus on training and certification compliance, process improvement, and HR administration. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will help ensure HR processes are well documented, compliant, and fit for future growth. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous HR experience who enjoys project-based work, improving processes, and maintaining high levels of accuracy. Key Responsibilities Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of HR projects. Manage training and certification records, compliance tracking, and gap analysis activities. Maintain accurate HR documentation, trackers, and audit-ready records. Document new and updated HR processes and procedures. Support reviews of existing HR processes and identify opportunities for improvement. Ensure HR data and records are maintained in line with GDPR and company standards. Liaise with internal stakeholders and external providers to gather information and monitor project progress. Produce project updates, action logs, and summary reports for the HR team. Assist with the administration of HR systems and related processes. About You You will have: Previous experience working within an HR function. Experience managing documentation, records, trackers, or compliance-related processes. A good understanding of HR administration and data protection requirements. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Exceptional attention to detail and a methodical approach to work. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and willingness to learn.
