Role Description
This is a full‑time, on‑site Financial Planning Graduate Programme role located in Petersfield. The successful candidate will work closely with the financial planning team, assisting in creating personalized financial strategies, analysing client portfolios, preparing financial reports, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. Daily responsibilities include gathering and interpreting financial data, supporting senior advisors, and helping clients achieve their financial goals.
Qualifications
* Strong foundational knowledge in Financial Planning, Finance, and Accounting
* Proficiency in Analytical Skills and Financial Reporting
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to analyse and explain financial data
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong client relationships
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when required
* Willingness to learn and adapt to a dynamic and professional financial planning environment
* Prior internship or experience in the financial sector (advantageous, but not required)
