Job Description
3. Coordinate the daily movement of goods and ensure accurate documentation.
4. Manage and maintain records of shipments and deliveries.

6. Assist with inventory control and stock management processes.
7. Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and related documentation.
8. Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Logistics Admin should have:
11. Previous experience in logistics or administrative support roles, ideally within the life science industry.
12. Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
13. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
