About The Role
Due to our continued success and our rapid expansion plans in 2026, we are looking for a Contracts Customer Care Advisor to support our growth within Wren Contracts and Social Housing.

In this role, you will manage post-completion aftercare for housebuilders and homeowners, coordinating with internal and subcontracted installers to ensure timely resolutions, meet SLAs, and deliver high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Take ownership of aftercare cases from start to resolution
Communicate clearly and empathetically with housebuilders and homeowners
Schedule and coordinate aftercare works with installers
Update customer portals and internal CRM systems within SLA requirements
Raise and process purchase orders and subcontractor invoices
Complete general administrative tasks
Build strong relationships with customers and installation partners
Identify opportunities to support team and operational growth
In addition to any other duties, as a responsible person you must ensure that you have read, understood and adhere to polices and procedure relating to Health and Safety, and your responsibilities located in the Integrated Management System (IMS)Responsibilities document.
