Our Shift Managers work a 4-on-4-off shift pattern, working both 6am - 6pm and 6pm - 6am shifts. About the Role Duties of the Role Your daily tasks and responsibilities will include: Team Management - Leading and motivating a production team to achieve targets, maximise line efficiency, minimise cost, and safeguard safety and quality, managing daily SOR meetings to foster open communication and build a collaborative team environment. Shift Management - Managing daily staffing levels, including holiday requests, ensuring crewing sheets are completed accurately, and that the available resources are communicated to all departments.
