You will work closely with the sales team to streamline processes, review customer accounts, and provide analytical insights that drive revenue growth. Key Responsibilities * Sales Administration: Manage and maintain HubSpot CRM, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. * Sales Support: Review deals, pricing, and supporting documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy. * Customer Review: Monitor and analyse customer accounts to identify opportunities and risks. * Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular reports and insights to support decision-making and improve sales performance. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize revenue operations processes.
