The role
As a Department Support Clerk, you’ll provide Accounts & Admin support to meet customer needs at Air Command and RAF High Wycombe. Your responsibilities include:
1. Processing daily transactions on Sage.
2. Maintaining a spreadsheet of Funds turnovers for audit and a master list of persons in charge of Funds, along with original records.
3. Keeping all records electronically in the Department SharePoint Area.
4. Deputising the Station Cashier.
5. Dealing with routine enquiries and briefing the Accounts Manager on unresolved matters.
This role is part-time, onsite at RAF High Wycombe, Monday to Friday, 9 am to 3 pm.
Essential experience
The successful candidate should be proficient in:
* Microsoft Outlook
* Microsoft Word
* Microsoft Excel
* Working within timeframes
