With a strong track record in defence, healthcare/NHS, automotive, telecoms, and the public sector, they are known for applying computer vision, machine learning, synthetic data, and cloud solutions to solve complex, real-world business problems. As Senior Business Development Manager, you will be at the forefront of expanding their UK client base to shape the go-to-market strategy and win new business in regulated industries. What you will be doing Leading on new business development, building a pipeline across healthcare, public sector, and industrial markets. Developing go-to-market strategy where client activity is low, opening doors in new verticals. Driving lead generation through tools like Sales Navigator, events, and partner channels. Managing relationships with executives and senior stakeholders across enterprise and government. Working closely with internal technical teams to scope and deliver tailored AI solutions. Reporting directly to the CEO and collaborating with the Head of Sales to refine UK growth plans. What you will need 5+ years of complex solution sales experience, ideally in AI, cloud, or advanced data/analytics. A proven ability to open new markets and build revenue where activity is low.
