Job Description Nursery Room Leader – From £34,000 | 40 Hours per Week | All Year Round Are you a confident Nursery Room Leader ready to take the lead in a fun and creative environment? Our client is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Nursery Room Leader to join their welcoming and inclusive nursery team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Level 3 qualified practitioner to step into a leadership role where child development, teamwork, and curiosity are at the heart of every day. As a Nursery Room Leader, you’ll take the lead in creating a warm, engaging, and developmentally rich environment for children. You’ll manage the daily running of the room, guiding your team of practitioners, while ensuring every child receives high-quality care and early education in line with the EYFS framework.
