Engineering Manager Salary: £65,000 15% bonus Location: Chatham An Excellent opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Engineering Manager to work for a blue chip multi national FMCG manufacturing company based near Chatham. The Engineering Manager will be responsible for managing and leading a team of 8-10 multi skilled engineers in a very fast paced production factory. The role will be 80% management and 20% hands on and the ideal candidate needs to have very strong man management and leadership skills.
