As part of our dynamic Marketing & Business Development (MBD) team, you'll work with cutting-edge tools like Litera's Foundation platform and AI solutions to support pitches, proposals, and strategic initiatives. You'll collaborate across teams, contribute to continuous improvement, and play a key role in enhancing our global client experience.
What You'll Do:
* Act as a subject matter expert on our experience management system
* Support business development teams with credentials and content
* Deliver technical support and conduct complex experience searches
* Leverage AI tools to streamline data capture and reporting
* Monitor system usage and contribute to process improvements
* Build strong relationships across MBD, legal, and knowledge teams
What You'll Bring:
* Experience in legal/business research within professional services
* Strong analytical, communication, and organisational skills
* Confidence working independently and collaboratively
* High IT literacy, including Microsoft 365 and data management tools
* Bonus: Familiarity with Litera Foundation, Power BI, SharePoint, or AI tools
