Your Job We are looking for an Operations Team Leader at our Poole Office (UK) for our Aftermarket Marine Team. The successful candidate will have primary responsibility for overseeing all aspects of our Aftermarket Department (people, processes, & customers). Reporting to the Aftermarket Execution Manager, this role will be a key position to better serve our Koch Engineered Solutions customers for all Marine Aftermarket Projects and create a preferred long-term partnership. Passionate by people, you will lead through a principled approach a multidisciplinary team of 7 people and will be working closely with our sales Department. What You Will Do Lead, coach, and develop a multidisciplinary team (Supply Chain, Quality, Logistics and Engineering). Ensure operational training, knowledge processes, and other resources are in place and support optimization of the operation. Proactively drive to seek continuous improvement activities to enhance customer satisfaction, to ensure that our business processes are effective. Be accountable for operations performance and results (On Time Performance, Financial Results, Quality Standards). Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) Experience as a leader within an industrial environment. Experience leading projects. Ability to work under pressure and tight schedules. Education background in the field of engineering or equivalent. What Will Put You Ahead Experience in operations and maintenance and/or supply chain. Experience with site activities. Experience in Microsoft Office Software (Excel, Outlook, Teams) and ERP systems (i.e., SAP, etc.) Any additional language will be valued in our international environment.
