Responsibilities
* Lead the quality of curriculum delivery and development for Plumbing, Electrical and Construction courses.
* Work strategically to motivate students and staff to achieve at the highest level.
* Collaborate with the Deputy Head of Faculty and other managers to ensure a high-quality learning experience, leading to excellent outcomes and progression.
* Manage to deadlines and changing priorities with a collaborative management style.
* Motivate teams to be engaged and highly performing; maintain excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Maintain a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
Requirements / Qualifications
* Relevant experience, a teaching qualification and assessor/IQA qualifications.
* Minimum Level 3 in Plumbing, Electrical or a Construction-related trade and considerable experience in the trade.
