New for 2026! A fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded COO to join a Global Financial Services Firm as a Commercial Director across Asset Classes.
This role combines a cross-asset coverage COO function with a Chief of Staff / Senior Consultant remit, working closely to support the strategic and commercial agenda of Capital Markets.
The ideal candidate will have experience in overseeing a portfolio of projects and new initiatives across products and regions, ensuring effective execution and delivery, while collaborating closely with each of the asset class COOs.
Other duties will include:
1. Translate strategic objectives into actionable business plans and drive execution across multiple product lines and geographies.
2. Identify and evaluate new commercial opportunities, partnerships, and markets aligned with the firm’s growth agenda.
3. Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve commercial effectiveness, operating efficiency, and client service delivery.
4. Drive revenue growth through targeted business development initiatives, client acquisition strategies, and expansion into new markets or product areas.
5. Build and maintain senior-level relationships with key clients, counterparties, and industry stakeholders.
6. Support pricing, product development, and distribution strategies to enhance market competitiveness.
7. Monitor financial performance against commercial targets; provide insight, reporting, and recommendations to senior management.
