Job Title: Customer Care Adviser – Spanish & English Salary: £25,584 Location: Konecta UK – Canary Wharf, London Hours: 40 paid hours per week. Shifts: 5 days a week between Mon – Sun) between 8:00am – 10:00pm Main Purpose of Role We are looking for a Customer Care Adviser who is energetic and passionate about customer satisfaction to join our dynamic team and represent a strong global brand. As a Customer Care Adviser you will have an important role in the Bally team, and you will be the face and voice of the brand so a friendly personality is a must. You will be responsible for incoming emails and inbound/outbound calls for a wide range of queries from customers. If you are flexible, have a positive attitude and are passionate about great customer service, you are probably the one that we are looking for. Skills Requirements • Proven experience of working in a fast paced Customer Care environment whilst maintaining a high level of attention to detail • An effective team player with a “can-do” attitude • Passionate about providing great customer care with a friendly personality • A confident and professional telephone manner • Self-motivated, proactive and able to work on your own initiative • Managing your own workload and time, whilst developing effective and supportive relationships with colleagues and customers What are we looking to achieve? • Respond to customer queries in a timely manner by email or phone whilst providing a friendly and professional service • Develop and improve processes and ways of working • Process new customer orders, whilst providing advice on our products and upselling • Troubleshooting with customers • Other administrative tasks • Contribute to our positive team spirit and work environment Who are Konecta UK? Operational Days and Hours With given notice, Konecta reserves the right to change your working hours. Please note that whilst you will be supporting the Bally campaign your Konecta contracted hours will be 8.00am - 10.00pm Monday to Sunday. You may be required to cover evenings and weekends when required by the business. Database & Systems & Training Full training will be given by Konecta and will include on-going training throughout your employment as and when required. You will also receive a full company induction that will include many areas such as GDPR, PCI DSS and all other systems and soft skills training.
