Responsibilities
* Act as the key Social Worker on cases involving looked after children to ensure the best possible outcomes.
* Assess, review, and plan with young people, families, and carers to develop care strategies tailored to individual needs.
* Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support.
* Handle safeguarding concerns effectively while complying with regulatory frameworks and legal standards.
* Maintain accurate and efficient documentation and reports to support decision-making and strategies.
Qualifications
* A degree or equivalent in social work.
* Current Social Care Wales registration.
* Significant frontline experience within Social Services in the UK as a qualified Social Worker.
