Job Description:
As a Territory Service Manager (EMEA), you will play a critical role in providing the best experience to our customers. Your primary duty is to provide on-location technical support, resolve operational issues with kitchen equipment, and manage service performance with distributors and service partners in your territory.
What You'll Be Doing
* Troubleshoot technical issues with customers via phone, written, or on-site communication
* Own a defined territory to improve service metrics with distributors or service partners
* Build and maintain relationships with distributors and service partners
* Train customers on equipment operation and maintenance
* Work with distributors to resolve field issues
* Operate and repair equipment in the field, possibly during off-hours
* Draft technical documents like bulletins and instructions
* Follow up effectively to ensure customer satisfaction
* Drive continuous improvement in after-sales service
* Travel domestically and internationally up to 50%
* Support on-call rotations
* Work hours: 8AM - 5PM
What We're Looking For
* College degree or equivalent experience
* 1-3 years managing external service partners
* CFESA certification or related preferred
* English required; French and German are advantages
* Intermediate skills in computer use and Microsoft Office
* Knowledge of foodservice equipment industry a plus
* Excellent communication skills
* Experience in documentation and time management
* Ability to handle escalations effectively
* Understanding of Henny Penny products and systems
* Teamwork and decision-making skills
