We're looking for a highly organised, creative, and reliable Virtual Assistant with strong experience in graphic design, social media management, and email marketing to support our growing real estate/investment brand.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys content creation, systems, and daily operations, and can work independently while keeping everything organised and on-brand.

Core Responsibilities
•Manage and execute daily social media activities (planning, scheduling, posting)
•Create high-quality content (captions, short-form video posts, graphics, visuals)
•Design social media graphics using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools
•Maintain clean, strategic, and professional social media feeds
•Assist with email marketing (campaigns, newsletters, funnels, automations)
•Build and manage databases (leads, contacts, subscribers, content systems)
•Handle general admin tasks and data entry
•Support lead magnets, funnels, and follow-ups
•Organise files, workflows, and marketing systems
•Support day-to-day business operations

Required Skills & Experience
Must-Have:
•Strong graphic design experience (Canva, Adobe, or similar)
•Proven social media management experience
•Experience with content creation and visual branding
•Solid email marketing experience (Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, GHL etc.)
•Ability to build and manage databases
•Comfortable handling daily tasks and ongoing operations
•Strong organisational and time-management skills
•Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
