You'll be instrumental in driving operational performance, building client relationships, ensuring compliance, and fostering financial growth - all while leading a team of 40 staff, including two Contract Supervisors and subcontractors. Key Responsibilities Lead a diverse portfolio of contracts across defence, housing, and commercial sectors, delivering consistent, compliant services across a broad area. Manage a team of 40 staff, including supervisors and subcontractors, ensuring operational excellence and strong leadership. Take full responsibility for contract budgets and P&L (up to £3 million), identifying opportunities for growth and improving profitability. Operate confidently in secure, regulated environments, ensuring all health, safety, and SHEQ standards are met. Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering trusted service and continuous improvements. Requirements Demonstrated experience managing complex commercial contracts in grounds maintenance or landscaping. Strong commercial awareness including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L accountability. Excellent leadership skills with a proven track record of managing and motivating teams. Strong communication and relationship management skills.
