About this role:The Strategy & Operations team supports Global Services & Delivery (GS&D) in continuously improving how we deliver value to our clients. We partner across the business to drive operational initiatives, and ensure programs are implemented effectively and consistently.As a Manager, Data Analytics, you will play a hands ‑ on role supporting and executing strategic and operational initiatives. This role focuses on complex analysis, project execution, and cross ‑ functional coordination, working closely with senior team members and business partners to turn ideas into action.What you'll do:Support strategic initiatives across Gartner Services & Delivery teamOwn defined project workstreams or components of larger programs, from planning through executionConduct qualitative and quantitative analysis to evaluate performance, identify trends, and surface insights about the initiativesBuild presentations that clearly communicate findings and recommendationsDocument current ‑ state processes and help identify opportunities for efficiency, scalability, and effectivenessSupport execution by tracking progress, risks, and outcomes against defined success metricsCoordinate with internal teams to support program activitiesManage timelines, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure projects stay on trackWhat you'll need:Bachelor’s Degree required / Master’s Degree preferred3 + years of professional experience in related rolesClient-facing experience (Service/Sales) is strongly preferred. Join us.Gartner believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is 98,000 USD - 133,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan.
