Foster the emotional and educational development of young learners. Work collaboratively with support staff, parents, and senior leadership teams. Assess and track student progress, adapting teaching to meet individual needs. Requirements: Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is a must. Have recent classroom-based experience within the Early Years Foundation Stage. Demonstrate excellent communication and classroom management skills. Be flexible, reliable, and passionate about early years education. Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply.
