The hourly rate for this role is £11.44 and up to £12.02 across selected locations within London. The hourly rate will increase after 6 months in role.

About the role
You will work onsite and report into the Assistant or Store Manager. Your role could involve helping on the tills, advising customers, or working in our back shop. You will also:
* Help our customers and put them at ease by listening, answering questions, giving advice on our products, recommending items, or offering a basket. The little things make a difference.
* Get to know our in-store offers and schemes and promote them to customers.
* Help the store run smoothly by ensuring products are displayed correctly, providing great service at the tills, or assisting with stock in the stock rooms.
* Work with team members to provide a great shopping experience and keep the store clean and presentable.
What you’ll need to have
* Full training is provided. We look for people who:
* Excel in a varied, fast-paced environment
* Communicate and listen effectively
* Enjoy working as part of a team and promoting collaboration
* Understand that small details matter in customer interactions
* Want to be a proud brand ambassador for Boots and help customers find the best products for them
It would be great if you also have
* Experience in customer care and service (not essential)
