Laundry Assistant Overview: Assisting the Executive Housekeeper and Laundry Supervisors with ensuring the smooth operation of the Laundry Department, to achieve the specified standard of performance and guest satisfaction. Duties will include: Sorting out the linen - bed sheets, towels and tabel linen. Unloading/loading the machines. Using the ironer to press sheets and table linen. Maintain laundry chemical usage. To arrange for guest and staff laundry and dry-cleaning to be done either internally or by external agency and attend to any special requests by guests. Laundry Assistant Key Attributes: Good level of verbal English. Team player. Physically fit as this role requires bending and lifting, sorting out linen and towels.
