AGH Solutions Limited is a subsidiary of Airedale NHS Foundation Trust and provides a range of services to the Trust. We have opportunities for reliable, enthusiastic, people-centred, and caring individuals to join our Domestic Services team.
Domestics are needed to undertake HPV fogging out of hours. Full training will be provided.

This position is not currently eligible for a certificate of sponsorship in line with Home Office guidance, as it does not appear on the skilled worker visa occupation list.

Main duties of the job
1. Provide a safe, hygienic environment for patients and staff in line with National Standards of Cleanliness.
2. Communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, and visitors, respecting dignity and confidentiality at all times.
3. Carry out all designated cleaning duties safely, using equipment and materials provided, in compliance with policies and procedures.
4. Complete mandatory and departmental training.
5. Use own initiative to ensure service is provided and standards are met on wards and departments.

Job responsibilities
1. Complete work records accurately.
2. Complete tasks according to schedules and deadlines.
3. Report adverse events to the line manager and complete online forms.
4. Maintain high patient satisfaction with no incidents or concerns reported.
5. Address issues raised via PALS.
6. Perform all cleaning duties safely, using department-provided equipment and materials, in accordance with policies and procedures.
7. Complete mandatory and departmental training.
8. Use initiative to ensure service quality on wards and departments.
Person Specification
Qualifications
Experience
* Experience working with the public or customers.
* Experience in the cleaning industry, whether in a commercial, healthcare, or similar setting.
* Experience working in a hospital, healthcare, or care home environment.
