ROTATING WEEKLY SHIFTS
WEYMOUTH
Temporary on-going (Could lead to perm role)
Week 1 (Earlies):
Monday to Thursday - 6am to 2.25pm
Friday – 6am to 12.40pm
Week 2 (Lates):
Monday to Thursday – 2.15pm to 10.40pm
Friday – 12.30pm to 7.10pm
£12.45 per hour plus daily shift allowance £16.99 per shift

Our client is seeking PRODUCTION OPERATIVES to join them on an on-going temporary basis which could lead to a permanent role at the client’s discretion. Working within the Photo Chemical Machine (PCM) department. You will carry out a number of production tasks as allocated by team leaders. You will have strong attention to detail skills and be able to read/follow manuals/instructions orders. Feeding/Minding machines, making and checking precision components. Checking works orders, drawings and that the materials correspond to achieve the best possible product quality. Reporting any defects or issues to supervisors / managers. Logging all activities accurately and in a timely manner.
You will have:
* Experience within a production or engineering environment would be an advantage
* Ability to read, understand and follow work instructions
* Good attention to detail and quality driven
* Dexterous, structured and methodical
* Confident communication skills
* Team Player
