Your new company
A hands-on, first finance hire in AI-driven immune profiling to map the human immune system and enable more precise diagnosis, treatment, and drug development.
Your new role
1. Owning the entire finance function end to end, bringing accuracy to reporting while directly supporting leadership, investors and clinical delivery.
2. Own month-end, reporting, and Board packs
3. Maintain strong controls, balance sheet, and audit readiness
4. Support budget, forecast, and cash flow planning
5. Manage tax, compliance, and statutory reporting
6. Improve systems, processes, and controls
7. Partner with leadership on financial insight and investor reporting
What you'll need to succeed
8. Proven track record of owning financial functions end-to-end in a scaling, fast-paced environment
9. Experience with R&D tax credits, grant funding, and UK regulatory frameworks
10. Fully qualified (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
11. Strong systems' capability (Xero, QuickBooks or similar)
12. Credible operator with senior stakeholders (COO, CEO, investors, auditors)
