Role Overview
As our Project & Production Coordinator, you'll be the engine behind our operations—ensuring everything runs smoothly from planning to delivery. You'll:
* Coordinate live and upcoming projects, tracking milestones and deliverables.
* Manage logistics including transport, equipment, and supplier coordination.
* Build and maintain production schedules that keep everyone on track.
* Act as the go-to liaison between internal teams, clients, and partners.
* Support budgeting, documentation, and post-project reporting.
Requirements
* Proven experience in a production scheduling role (manufacturing or construction sector experience is preferred).
* Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with strong attention to detail.
* Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable with digital office systems.
* Familiarity with tools like Trello, Asana, or
* A proactive mindset and a calm approach under pressure.
* Time management skills with an ability to prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.
* Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
* Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to support colleagues across all levels.
