Job Title: Part-Time Veterinary Receptionist
A rare opportunity has arisen for a Veterinary Receptionist to join our friendly and caring team in Whetstone, North London.
This is a permanent part time position at our well established veterinary practice. You will work primarily in the reception area, but the role will also include some animal handling/interaction, along with a range of administrative and communication tasks.

What We're Looking For:
We're looking for a caring and enthusiastic individual with strong communication skills and the ability to stay organised and multitask in a busy environment. You should be confident using basic computer programs such as Word, Excel, Gmail, and Chrome. A friendly, approachable, and professional manner is essential when interacting with clients. Previous customer service experience is required, although full training for the role will be provided.
Working Hours:
* Part time - 2 days a week
* Weekdays only (Monday–Friday)
* Shifts between 8:30 am and 7:30 pm
* No weekends, no bank holidays, and no out-of-hours (OOH) work
Key Responsibilities:
* Welcoming and assisting clients in a warm, professional manner
* Managing phone calls, bookings, and enquiries
* Maintaining accurate records and handling payments
* Supporting the clinical team with occasional animal handling
* Performing general administrative duties
