Position Description
At CGI, we deliver secure, scalable cloud platforms that power critical transport systems and data‑driven insight across the UK. As an Azure Platform Engineer, you will shape and optimise cloud environments that enable smarter decision‑making, improved services, and real‑world impact. Working at the forefront of digital transformation, you’ll design and evolve high‑performing Azure platforms, contributing to solutions that support national infrastructure. You’ll be trusted to take ownership, bring fresh thinking, and collaborate with experts in a supportive environment that values innovation, continuous learning, and meaningful outcomes.
CGI was recognised in the Sunday Times Best Places to Work List 2025 and has been named a UK “Best Employer” by the Financial Times. We offer a competitive salary, excellent pension, private healthcare, and a share scheme (3.5% + 3.5% matching) which makes you a CGI Partner, not just an employee.
We are committed to inclusivity, building a genuinely diverse community of tech talent and inspiring everyone to pursue careers in our sector, including our Armed Forces, and are proud to hold a Gold Award in recognition of our support of the Armed Forces Corporate Covenant.
Due to the secure nature of the programme, you will need to hold UK Security Clearance (SC) or be eligible to go through this clearance. Our teams operate within a flexible hybrid working model, however on‑site requirements vary by project, so the ability to travel as required to meet client needs is essential.
