A well-resourced primary school in Richmond is recruiting a reliable and compassionate SEN TA to join the SEND team from January 2026. This SEN TA role in Richmond will involve providing one-to-one and small-group support, delivering structured intervention programmes and helping pupils access the full curriculum. Person specification Practical experience supporting pupils with SEND in school or specialist settings as a SEN TA. Confident delivering small-group programmes, patient, observant and solution-focused. Good communication and record-keeping skills; able to liaise with teachers, therapists and families in Richmond.
