We’re looking for someone with a background in HR, recruitment, or career coaching who’s ready to do work that’s flexible, purpose-driven, and financially rewarding. Your Role As a Career Transformation Specialist
* Connect with individuals who are ready for change

* Run online info sessions, interviews, and onboarding conversations
* Provide mentorship and support as they transition into new career paths
* Participate in weekly online training and development calls
You’ll Thrive Here If You
* Have 5+ years in HR, recruitment, coaching, or a similar people-focused role
* Are a great communicator who builds trust quickly
* Understand career transition—either through experience or lived it yourself
* Are self-motivated, outcome-focused, and love helping others grow
* Are comfortable using Zoom, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms
